"my experience was nothing less that stellar. I know this is going to sound like B.S. but i just finished installing my part (oven ignitor for a tappan gas oven) that I got from appliance depot for 17 bucks (local appliance store selling for $78.00!!!)
it came in less than 5 days, was in a tappan carton, with instructions (didn't need those!)
mind you I am mechanically inclined and was not in need of technical assistance, but... i immediately went to the computer to seek out a place i could write a good review! and I have NEVER done that before.
I manage a construction business and know how hard it can be to keep overhead low enough to offer a low price (which everyone demands) and yet still keep customers satisfied with quality (which everyone demands) something has to be sacrificed. At appliance zone it appears that the tech's are the sacrifice, offering you a message board instead of a phone number. well since i didnt need tech help, I am completely 100% satisfied. |
